What a night it was. We had an evening of fantastic food and entertainment as five of our best known celebrity chefs cooked up a storm in support of the Prince's Trust on Saturday 31st July 2010.

    
Saturday Kitchen star James Martin along with James & Chris Tanner (Ready, Steady, Cook & Saturday Kitchen), Martin Blunos (Iron Chef & Daily Chef's Challenge) and Daniel Galmiche the award winning chef from The Vineyard Restaurant turned out some amazing food in the elegant setting of the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel.

The winner of ITV1's Popstar to Operastar, Darius Campbell performed five songs including his big hit single Colour Blind.
